MUMMY MUSCOVY...!

Greetings from Feufield.Cock-a-Leekie here,exceedingly handsome,dainty,white leghorn cockerel from the lower paddock.Great to see all you lovely folk here at the weekend.There's been a grumpy muscovy duck "glued" to the bottom corner of my billet (that's lodgings!) for weeks.Unbelievably she has remained totally impervious to my obvious and celebrated charms and attacked ME! whenever I have enquired as to A) How is she? and B) What on earth is she doing ?I have been rewarded with a somewhat scary snap of her bill.Most unlady like! Anyway,all was revealed yesterday when she presented to the world three beautiful baby ducklings....ahhhh,they are so sweet...naturally yours truly expects to become godfather to Feufield's latest additions. we visited with our friend lesley yesterday had a fantastic afternoon the kids loved it. sally the dog was a firm favourite with wee kirsty who was very nervous around dogs but loved it. erlend loved getting to share the birthday cake and eilidh loved it all. great fun an a lot of crazy fun, be back again soon
