What's That Coming Over The Hill.......?

by Arnie,Massive Man white wyndotte. - 18:22 on 26 February 2011

Greeting friends, what fun we had this morning. From my vantage point high up near Feufield Cottage I could see The Fabulous Llama Boys,Paco and Lorenzo,Fluffy Lady Llama Olive,Wallace,Cutest Llama,Lara-Lady La La the Goat and Honey the Kid taking a morning snooze in some rare sunshine. All of a sudden I noticed that Hen slave Kim had opened the gate to the lower enclosure where Roddy,Hamish and Heather the Rheas had made their home.Time to explore "Feufield"!! Roddy was first off the starting blocks and "danced" his way over to check out the Llama's field shelter.Hamish and Heather soon followed.Roddy being a bit cheeky decided to sneak up on the sleeping Llamas and Goats!Well Paco nearly had a fit,all he could see was a bendy neck and Roddy's head appearing over the hill! What a sight,Llamas being chased by a Rhea, being chased by the goats and Starlight Magnificent cockerel chasing anything that moves!!!!!

After that Roddy,Hamish and Heather went across to the Burn where they gave their own interpretation of "Swan Lake".Not as elegant though as Hamish fell in the water! That's my news for now, just off to nibble some mixed corn.Bye for now Arnie "Massive Man" cockerel. x
